We are located in Santa Ana, California and this is a temp to hire position, and this is onsite!

Monday to Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Customer Service Representative

* Reviewing, entering, and processing purchase orders

* Manufacturing industry is a plus

* Must be skilled in math as they will be processing orders with conversions from ft. to yards, dealing with fractions, and measurements (May need to take an assessment)

* Must be detail oriented - for part numbers and custom part numbers

* Checking inventory for orders

* Printing Shipping label experience is a plus (UPS, FedEx, and pallet shipments)

* Experience using an ERP system is a plus. They use Xorosoft (not required)

Pay $22 an hour.

Must have recent work experience in checking inventory for orders and have customer service background in manufacturing.
